Nemo von Neslow
Nemo von Neslow is a stunning 3 1/2 to 4 months red and black German Shepherd. She is a high quality purebred shepherd with the sought after coloring popular with imported lines. Our theory is she ended up in a crowded animal shelter because she has a deformity to one of her paws and the breeder couldn’t sell her. It is congenital, she has a full toe where a dewclaw would have been, her paw is hyper extended, but nothing stops Nemo. She is active and loves to run, she needs a home that can adjust to how much exercise she would want or need. She is very social with people and dogs. At her foster home she figured out very quickly which dog would tolerate her playfulness. Nemo is huge for her age and we think she will be a big girl, she eats like a 90 pound dog. Nemo tried to be helpful in her foster home and helped her foster mom unload the silverware from the dishwasher this morning! We are looking for a foster to adopt home for Nemo, once her surgery is over, the adoption would be final. Her surgery won’t be for another week and we would love her new home to enjoy every minute of her puppy stage, she is a delight. She could go home and come back for her surgery. Someone spent time with Nemo, she knows to sit when she is offered a treat, she seems to be housebroken as long as she has a way to get outside. Rarely have we seen a puppy so magnificent. She needs training like any puppy and something to keep her busy! |
